I purchased the 3.5 CU mid-sized freezer in white with the digital temperature display and top-opening lid about three months ago, and I’ve been extremely pleased with it so far. The unit runs very quietly and the digital control panel makes adjusting and monitoring the temperature simple and precise. Despite its compact size, it offers an impressive amount of storage space, allowing me to keep a large quantity of food organized inside. I was initially worried that reaching items at the bottom might be difficult since I’m only about 5 feet tall, but in practice I’ve had no trouble accessing anything. The freezer also includes two small hanging wire baskets that attach to the top edge, which are very convenient for storing smaller items that you want to grab quickly. They sit side by side, though they do not extend across the entire width of the freezer. For my small household, the 3.5 CU capacity has proven to be exactly the right size. I keep it in a relatively narrow pantry, and the top-opening lid works perfectly in that space. A front-opening door model would have been much harder to use there and would have required bending down every time I needed something.

This fridge stores everything I need and still leaves plenty of extra space for my frozen meals. The separate freezer door does a great job of keeping frozen items properly preserved without affecting the temperature of the main compartment. Inside the refrigerator section there is plenty of room to neatly organize beverages, fruits, and vegetables, which makes it easy to keep everything accessible. I especially appreciate how well the storage layout helps keep items separated and tidy. Another great feature is how quietly the unit operates, which is important in a shared living environment. The noise level is very low and it does not disturb daily activities or sleep. It also fits perfectly in a small institutional-style shared room where space is limited. The compact design allows it to fit comfortably without taking up too much room while still providing generous storage capacity. Overall, it has been a very practical and reliable appliance for my needs.

The refrigerator turned out to be smaller than I originally expected when I ordered it. However, the seller did everything possible to help me arrange a return once I realized the size wouldn’t work for my needs. Unfortunately, the return process didn’t go through because of issues with FEDEX, and that situation was completely outside of the seller’s control. Throughout the entire process the company stayed very communicative, answering messages quickly and trying to find a solution. They even offered a partial refund to help resolve the situation, which I really appreciated. Because of their responsiveness and professionalism, I honestly wasn’t upset about the outcome. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about customer service and keeps communication open. Aside from the size being smaller than we hoped for, the fridge itself actually worked well and performed as expected. Overall, I’m very grateful for the helpful support we received from the seller.

This freezer is very well made with solid, sturdy construction, and the built-in wheels are a great feature that make it easy to move when needed. One of my favorite details is the digital thermometer on the outside, which allows me to quickly check the interior temperature without opening the lid. It’s very convenient and appears to be accurate, as it matches the readings from my regular thermometer. The white finish looks clean and attractive, so it blends nicely with the rest of my space. Another thing I appreciate is how quiet the unit is—it’s essentially silent during operation. Setup was extremely simple; I unpacked it, plugged it in, and within about two hours it had already reached around -2°F. Since then it has maintained a very steady temperature with no noticeable fluctuations. It also seems quite energy efficient because I haven’t seen any noticeable increase in my electricity bill. Shipping was fast and free, and the freezer arrived in perfect condition through FedEx in just two days. Overall, it’s a compact, space-efficient freezer that performs very well, and I would definitely recommend it

My boyfriend and I were looking for a deep freezer so we could store more meat, since the refrigerator in our apartment is quite small. At first we considered buying the 3.5 cubic foot model, but after doing some research we realized that upgrading to the 5.0 size made much more sense for the price. When the freezer arrived, it honestly turned out to be everything I needed and even more. The packaging was very secure and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. I was also surprised by how lightweight the unit was. I originally thought I would need to wait for my boyfriend to get home to help move and set it up, but that wasn’t necessary. It has small wheels on the bottom, so I was able to simply roll it to the spot where we planned to place it. Once I plugged it in, it started cooling almost immediately, and within about two to three hours the items inside were nearly frozen. The overall quality feels very good, with a sleek appearance and solid construction. The amount of storage space inside is impressive and much larger than I expected. We were able to buy plenty of food and stock up without worrying about space. Even after filling it with a lot of groceries, there is still plenty of room left. It has made storing food much easier and allows us to shop less often

I currently own two of these compact freezers. The first one arrived in perfect condition and has worked extremely well, which is why I decided to purchase another. It cools very effectively and gets extremely cold, so I’m confident the second one will perform just as reliably. Unfortunately, the second freezer arrived with some visible damage on the front panel. The shipping box itself was in perfect condition, which makes it seem like the unit may have already been damaged before it was packed for shipment. I tried to contact the seller to simply inform them about the issue, but the only option available through the system was to start a return. For two elderly seniors, returning such a large appliance is quite difficult, especially since my husband had to cut the box off just to remove the freezer. We also needed the freezer immediately, so sending it back wasn’t really practical. Since it still works properly, we decided to keep it and position it facing the wall to hide the cosmetic damage. Despite this situation, I truly like these freezers because they perform very well and provide excellent freezing power. I just hope the seller reviews customer feedback and checks the condition of the units more carefully before shipping them out. I was disappointed by the damage, but I still expect this freezer to work just as well as the first one. One additional note for buyers: the units arrive wrapped in a tight protective plastic film. If you leave it on, it doesn’t look very nice, and removing it takes some time and patience. Other than that, if you receive one without damage, it’s a very good little freezer.
